2 Minute Drill is a free, independent football strategy game for entertainment. It simulates alternative finishes and does not predict real games.
What are the limits of the simulation?
Historical starting facts and sampled outcomes come from the cited 2024 data. Alignments, named tactics, animations, probabilities, opponent decisions and some rules are simplified. This is not a full implementation of any NFL season's rulebook, a live feed or a player-tracking reconstruction.
How should the leaderboard be used?
Daily submissions are checked by replaying an action log. The first completed result per anonymous browser identity per UTC day is kept. Browser identities are resettable, so this is not a verified-person ranking or a fraud-proof contest. There are no entry fees, wagers or prizes.
Please do not submit abusive names, send repeated abusive messages or deliberately interfere with the service. The operator may remove abusive or invalid entries. Game and local-storage resets can affect saved progress.
What may you submit as feedback?
Send issues or corrections you have permission to share. Do not include another person's private data. Messages may be used to investigate and correct the site; email correspondence is not published on the leaderboard. See Privacy.
Who owns the source material?
Historical data attribution and licensing are listed on the data page. NFL and team names remain the property of their owners. This project does not claim endorsement by the NFL, ESPN, nflverse or nfl2mindrill.com.
Can the site change?
The game, rules model and content can change as issues are found. Availability, uninterrupted service, preservation of browser saves and a particular outcome are not guaranteed. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
